Tickets are now available for Nicer Tuesdays London, on 1 September at EartH Hackney, featuring another selection of brilliant creatives curated just for you!
This time around, chief editor Katy Hundertmark and art director Hamid Sallali from Foam Magazine will be taking us through the origins of the magazine, its distinct visual direction and how it uses archival photography as a living, creative medium. As well as that, Joanna Blémont will be taking to the stage – the illustrator behind this much-talked-about project for Loewe, which took her watercolour paintings and turned them into a 2,000-frame film.
We’ll also be welcoming Studio Kiln, an award-winning brand and motion design studio, behind high profile projects for Bafta 2026, Vinted and ITV, which creates lively identities, narratives and digital experiences that resonate with the world we live in. Last but not least, George Wu and Cecilia Serafini from independent brand and design company Mother Design will be sharing the stage to discuss their unique creative approach and brilliant side projects!
We will be partnering with Affinity & Cavalry by Canva for September’s event. Affinity combines professional vector design, photo editing, and page layout in one powerful app, while Cavalry covers 2D animation and motion design. They’ll be hosting an activation packed with standout work from Affinity and Cavalry creators in the Community Gallery, which will be brought to life across a cluster of digital screens. Stop by for inspiration, chat to the team, and learn more about what these apps are capable of!
Make sure to get down to the event at 6pm when the doors open to have the chance to grab a drink and snack from our sponsors El Rayo Tequila and Lovecorn. The event will take place on Tuesday 1 September at EartH in Hackney. Doors open at 6pm and the talks will begin around 7:15pm. The full address is EartH, 11-17 Stoke Newington Rd, London N16 8BH.
Please be aware that photography and filming may be taken at this event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please speak to our team on the day. If you have access requirements please make yourself known to a member of the EartH team on the night or email hello@nicertuesdays.com so we can arrange assistance.
