Prior to launching MADE BY US Studios, Cohen was a Founding Partner and Co-Head of Packaging at Range Media Partners, where she helped build and lead the company’s packaging business across film and television. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of talent, content, financing, and distribution, helping bring together leading creators, filmmakers, talent, studios, and brands to build ambitious entertainment franchises for global audiences.

One of Hollywood’s most innovative dealmakers, Tanya works with Oscar-, Golden Globe-, and Emmy-winning and nominated talent across film, television, animation, and documentary. She is known for her dynamic partnerships and for creating premium packages and deal structures that expand ownership and long-term upside for artists, including impactful and innovative crossover opportunities.

As an agent and manager, Cohen worked with clients at the center of GOAT, Adolescence, Winning Time, Moana, Blackfish, Crazy Rich Asians, and Big Cigar, among others.

Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, Tanya relocated to Los Angeles, joined WME, and became the youngest agent to be promoted at age 21 and the youngest partner at age 30.

Tanya has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and The Hollywood Reporter’s NEXT GEN 35 Under 35. She serves on the advisory boards of UCLA Health, Creative Community for Peace, AJC, and Stic, and is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). Daniel Druger is Vice President of Product for Universal Ads, which enables brands of any size to seamlessly create, buy, and measure ads across premium video directly from top publishers with no fees, unlocking new opportunities as a complementary strategy to social advertising. In this role, Daniel leads the Product organization responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Universal Ads, working closely with engineering, design, data science, partnerships, and go‑to‑market teams to make buying TV as easy and effective as buying social.

Prior to Universal Ads, Daniel was the co‑founder and Chief Operating Officer of Market AI, where he helped develop artificial intelligence that automated digital marketing initiatives. The company was acquired in 2024. Before Market AI, Daniel served as the Global Head of Revenue Partnerships at Snap Inc., where he led the teams responsible for the growth of Snap’s API ecosystem. Under his leadership, the partner network expanded to more than 200 companies and contributed over 20% of total revenue, helping scale the business from zero to more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue.

Daniel is also a two‑time exited operator, having served as COO and advisor at AlgoLift, a machine learning-powered user acquisition platform acquired by Vungle, and previously as Group Product Manager at SHIFT, a social advertising platform acquired by Brand Networks, with its underlying technology later acquired by Snap Inc.

In addition to his operating roles, Daniel is an active early‑stage investor and advisor supporting founders in adtech, martech, SaaS, ecommerce, and consumer goods. He is also the co‑host of ADSN (The Ads Network), a weekly podcast focused on advertising, media, and the future of monetization products.

Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business as well as Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. He currently resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and two young kids.

Glenday is known for his results-oriented leadership, deep industry understanding, and proven ability to scale operations globally.

Glenday lives in Connecticut with his wife of 20+ years, and has three teen children. He has a BA from The University of Notre Dame.
