A good chunk of the June 2026 HubSpot releases focused on handing AI agents more room to work: a new CLI for coding agents, Prospecting Agent opening up to every paid hub, Customer Agent picking up forms and invoice questions, and intent signals now pulled straight out of your deal notes and call transcripts instead of just third-party sources.
The other headline is Revenue Hub. Price books and a new connected billing experience are the first real preview of what HubSpot is building toward: quoting, billing, and payments running through a single contract record instead of three disconnected tools.
Below are the 14 June 2026 updates we think are most worth your time, organized into what managers will care about most (AI-driven prospecting, support, and content) and what admins will appreciate (data access, credit controls, and workflow flexibility).

- Track key stakeholders and pain points with new intent signals.
- Price books.
- Connected CPQ, billing, and payments.
- Prospecting agent available on all paid hubs.
- Customer Agent now responds to Forms.

HubSpot updates managers shouldn’t miss
Let HubSpot pull stakeholders and pain points out of your deal notes
What’s new: Intent signals now include two new signal types built from your own CRM activity instead of third-party data. HubSpot scans notes and call or meeting transcripts logged against a deal, identifies the key stakeholders and the pain points customers describe, and then adds both as structured signals on the associated company record.
How it helps you
This turns information that formerly sat in a transcript into data you can actually use. That shows up in a few ways:
- Navigate multi-threaded deals with clarity on who’s the decision maker vs. who’s just in the room.
- Capture pain points as soon as they’re mentioned instead of waiting for a rep to update a property manually.
- Report on open deals by pain-point category to identify where your pipeline’s biggest friction points are.
- Trigger pain-specific nurture workflows automatically once a signal is picked up.

Give different buyers different pricing without duplicating your product library
What’s new: Revenue Hub now supports price books — defined collections of products and prices that can be assigned to a deal manually or automatically through filter-based rules. Once a price book is assigned, only its products are available when building a quote, and its pricing applies automatically.
How it helps you
Price books replace a lot of manual quote adjustments with something that applies correct pricing from the start. A few ways teams are already using it:
- Build a referral price book with discounted rates for referred buyers.
- Set up a partner price book with negotiated reseller or channel pricing.
- Create regional price books for pricing that varies by country or territory.
- Give a specific customer a price book that reflects a negotiated MSA rate automatically.

HubSpot’s new quote-to-cash flow connects billing to payments automatically
What’s new: Connected CPQ, billing, and payments is a new end-to-end quote-to-cash experience inside Revenue Hub. Once enabled, an accepted quote automatically generates a contract record that governs billing and payments from that point forward, including upgrades, downgrades, prorated changes, and renewals, without requiring a new deal or manual invoicing.
How it helps you
The goal here is to remove the disconnect between quoting, billing, and payments that recurring-revenue teams have dealt with for a while. Once it’s live for you, that means you can:
- Shorten payment collection cycles and improve cash flow.
- Automate billing instead of managing it manually, invoice by invoice, or relying on third-party solutions.
- Generate structured documentation to support revenue recognition and audit requirements.
- Split a single quote into multiple payable invoices when your billing needs that flexibility.
- Handle upgrades, downgrades, and renewals on the same contract record instead of building a new deal each time.
A couple of beta-version limitations to know before enrolling: invoices generated by a contract’s billing schedule can’t be edited afterward, and recurring billing under the connected flow can’t be paused or resumed once it starts. You’ll also need to enable “Create contracts from accepted quotes” under Settings –> Objects –> Contracts, and seats are required to participate in the beta.

Prospecting Agent is no longer locked to Sales Hub
What’s new: Prospecting Agent used to require a Sales Hub Professional seat. It’s now available on any paid hub, starting at Starter.
How it helps you
This isn’t just a sales tool anymore. A few ways teams outside of sales are already putting Prospecting Agent to work include:
- Marketing can enroll inbound leads to get initial qualifying outreach without needing Sales Hub.
- Customer success can monitor accounts for expansion signals and act on them automatically.
- Ops teams can re-engage dormant contacts when new intent signals surface, such as funding news or a new hire.
- Sales keeps the traditional use case: outbound prospecting and tailored post-event follow-up sequences.

Customer Agent can now take the first pass at form submissions
What’s new: Forms connected to a shared inbox or help desk can now be handled by Customer Agent. It replies based on your instructions, your knowledge sources, and the context of what was actually submitted.
How it helps you
A support form submission gets an immediate, context-aware first response instead of waiting in a queue, freeing your team to focus on the tickets that actually need a human.

Customer Agent can now find invoices and collect payment in the same conversation
What’s new: Customer Agent can now locate and share invoices directly inside a chat conversation and answer questions about invoice content, verified through the contact’s associated email. It can also pull payment links from your payment link library so that a customer can pay right there in the chat. It can’t modify invoice contents in either case.
How it helps you
Billing questions get answered without pulling in your team, and now a customer ready to pay doesn’t have to leave the conversation to do it.

Turn an AEO recommendation into a drafted blog post
What’s new: When HubSpot’s AEO tool recommends a piece of content to close a visibility gap, Content Agent can now generate a full blog post draft from that recommendation.
How it helps you
This closes the gap between getting a recommendation and actually acting on it. Since AEO recommendations usually point to a specific visibility gap, this gives you a working draft to edit against that gap instead of a blank page to start from.
It costs 1,000 credits (about $10) per post, more than most other agents, but it’s still far cheaper than the time it takes to write one from scratch. Just keep in mind it’s a starting draft, not a finished post: run it through your usual editing process before it goes live.

Four new ways Smart Deal Progression tries to keep deals moving
What’s new: Smart Deal Progression picked up four updates this month. Deal records now have a Catch Up tab showing up to five next-step recommendations plus a deal plan, a shared space for tracking milestones and timelines with everyone involved in the deal.
The Gmail extension now surfaces deal context, email action items, and suggested CRM updates right inside Gmail, and can draft AI-assisted email replies using the full deal history. There’s also a new Stalled Deals view that filters to deals HubSpot’s AI has flagged as losing momentum.
How it helps you
Reps get proactive nudges instead of having to track next steps themselves, email replies go out faster with real deal context behind them, and deals that are quietly stalling become visible instead of slipping through unnoticed.

See every property on a task, call, or meeting without leaving the timeline
What’s new: Activities in a record’s timeline (tasks, calls, and meetings) now have a “view all properties” option under the Actions dropdown, surfacing custom properties and additional context that previously required navigating away to an index view.
How it helps you
Most of this was technically possible before, but it was just buried behind extra clicks in the index view. Now it’s right on the timeline:
- See and edit custom properties on activities directly from the timeline.
- Get context the timeline doesn’t normally show, like the source of a logged meeting.
- Use property history to troubleshoot activity records, not just standard CRM objects.

A dedicated interface for AI coding agents to work inside HubSpot
What’s new: The HubSpot Agent CLI provides tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI Codex with a structured way to interact with your HubSpot account, similar in spirit to an API but purpose-built for agent use.
How it helps you
This opens the door to scheduled, recurring agent work that runs without anyone manually kicking it off. A few examples by team:
- Marketing: A monthly report identifying which email subject line patterns are correlating with higher open rates.
- Sales: A daily morning summary of deals closing this week with no recent activity.
- Admins: A quarterly scan for duplicate or deprecated CRM properties, with a cleanup plan showing where they’re used.
- Support: A monthly report on the most common reasons customers are reaching out and how long they’re taking to resolve.
HubSpot recommends starting with read-only tasks such as reporting and summaries before setting up agents to modify data. Once you’re comfortable, review generated recommendations before applying large-scale changes, and use the CLI’s dry-run option to preview what an agent would change before it actually changes it. As always, keep your organization’s data governance and security policies in mind.

Cap AI credit usage feature by feature, not just portal-wide
What’s new: Credit usage limits can now be set per AI feature instead of only as a single shared cap across your whole portal.
How it helps you
One feature running hot (for example, Customer Agent during a busy support month) can no longer eat the entire credit allowance and leave nothing for Prospecting Agent or Content Agent. You can also see what percentage of each feature’s limit was used for the current billing month, so nothing shows up as a surprise.

Decide exactly which contacts Customer Agent can email
What’s new: New Targeting settings let you control which contacts Customer Agent will or won’t engage with over email, using segment-based include and exclude rules that can also be combined.
How it helps you
This gives you real control over where AI support shows up and where it doesn’t. A few segments worth building rules around:
- Include free-plan customers, customers who’ve opted into AI support, or customers on well-documented products.
- Exclude customers who’ve opted out of AI support, churn-risk accounts, or high-spend customers who’ve paid for white-glove service.

Reference a record your workflow just created, in the same workflow
What’s new: If a workflow creates a record, a contact, or a deal, for example, later actions in that same workflow can now reference that newly created record’s properties. Previously, this required a second workflow.
How it helps you
This closes a gap that used to force you into two separate workflows. Now, for example, you can:
- Create a deal, then create a task for the AE that pulls the pipeline and close date directly into the task body.
- Create an onboarding project when a deal closes, then send a Slack notification with the project owner and target completion date.

Tickets that used to sit unassigned now go to a waitlist instead
What’s new: When nobody’s available to take a Help Desk ticket, it now enters a waitlist view instead of sitting unassigned. Once someone who matches your routing rules becomes available, based on SLA and wait time, the ticket routes to them automatically. It works for calling, where the customer gets a message and is placed on hold, and for live chat, where they get a message as well.
How it helps you
Tickets stop sitting idle, waiting for someone to notice and pick them up. You also get new reporting on which tickets hit the waitlist, how long they waited, and how that wait time affects your performance metrics.

Final takeaways: June 2026 HubSpot updates
June’s updates make one thing clear: HubSpot’s AI agents are being given more tools to work with, and Revenue Hub is starting to show what it looks like when quoting, billing, and payments actually talk to each other.
If you’re deciding where to focus first:
Managers: Prospecting Agent’s wider availability and the new intent signals are ready to use today, especially if you’ve been waiting on Sales Hub access to try prospecting automation. Customer Agent’s expanded reach into forms, invoices, and payment links is also worth testing now. Keep an eye on price books and connected billing as Revenue Hub comes further out of beta.
Admins: Start with the HubSpot Agent CLI on low-risk reporting tasks before letting agents touch your data, and set feature-level credit limits before agent usage grows past what you’re tracking. The workflow update that lets you reference a just-created record in the same workflow is a small change that’ll cut down on a lot of split workflows. If you run a help desk, watch for Omnichannel Waitlist to come out of private beta.
