The 2026 Disaster Preparedness Calendar for the Taipei City Fire Department transforms safety education into a narrative-driven visual journey. Each month represents a different disaster scenario, woven together through a continuous storyline and a recurring character.
Rather than presenting information separately, the project integrates educational content into playful, story-based scenes. A key challenge was balancing rich safety information with clear visual storytelling, allowing viewers to engage intuitively.
By connecting all twelve illustrations through a consistent visual language, the calendar becomes a cohesive experience—making disaster preparedness more accessible, memorable, and engaging.
